Illegal Immigration Talking Points

Despite immigration control being a federal issue, Attorney General Van Hollen has effectively taken a lead in coordinating immigration activities. His cooperative efforts with local and federal law enforcement have led to the arrest of criminal illegal aliens, including eight criminal aliens in Sheboygan in June.
Attorney General Van Hollen issued a formal legal opinion barring the Department of Regulation & Licensing from providing professional licenses to illegal aliens.
